Visibility Partners ("we", "us") provides AI Search Optimization services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. It applies to the visibility.partners website and does not cover data governed by separate client engagement agreements.

When you request an AI Visibility Report, submit a contact form, or subscribe to research, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, work email, company, website, and any details you share about your goals. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, and pages viewed) and use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage.
3. How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested reports and research, improve our services, and — where you've opted in — share occasional updates about our work. We do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information only with the subprocessors required to operate our services (hosting, email, analytics, and CRM). Every subprocessor is bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.
5. Retention
We retain inquiry and account data for as long as needed to provide services or comply with legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@visibility.partners. We respond within 30 days.
